Are your sweaters machine washable?
Yes they are! As busy moms we know you need to be practical. Our cotton cashmere blend gives you the extra soft feel of cashmere but with easy care. Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry.
Are your styles really reversible?
Yes, most styles are constructed to be fully reversible giving you maximum versatility. The polos, girls button front cardigan, and sweater skirt are not reversible.
Does your clothing run true to size?
Yes, all styles run true to size. For girls wanting a slimmer fit in the unisex polo we suggest you size down one size. See our size guide here.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Discover, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard)
What is a pre-order?
Items on pre-order are new products or colorways. We give you the opportunity to order them before anyone else; however you will usually have to wait a little bit longer for these items. Our product pages show the estimated ship date if an item is on pre-order.
I did not receive an email order confirmation what should I do?
If you did not receive a confirmation of your order please contact us at customerservice@untoldhorizons.com
What if an item is unavailable or backordered?
We make every effort to fulfill your order but occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via email if an item you have ordered is out of stock. Items that are backordered will be indicated in your order confirmation and we will e-mail you when they are back in stock.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
Due to the quick processing time at our distribution center, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
What is your return policy?
Untold Horizons gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the order date. All items must be returned with the original tags attached and in original packaging. Click on "returns" at the bottom of our website to initiate the return process.
How do exchanges work?
Go to the return section at the bottom of our website. Fill out the form and indicate why you do not wish to keep the item you have and what new item you would like. We will issue a return shipping label and your new item will be sent to you within 3 business days upon receipt of the return.
