Returns & Exchanges
Untold Horizons gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the order date. All items must be with the original tags attached and in original packaging. Return shipping will be at the customers expense, while exchanges and defective merchandise will be at Untold Horizons expense.
Items with logos/embroideries and all masks are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a logo/embroidery item is found to be defective, we will gladly exchange for the same item. All product must be sent back for exchange with all tags attached, in original packaging.
